Fresh Harvest — Growth Diagnostic

A 5-minute read · Prepared for Steve Scaroni by Loren Alves, Ten2 Harvest Media

The $5,000 Question

Before Fresh Harvest spends a dollar building anything, one question is worth answering cold: is there a real, winnable business here — or not?

A $5,000 Growth Diagnostic answers it with hard numbers, not opinions.

If the answer is no

You've just saved yourself a build many times this size — for a fraction of the cost.

If the answer is yes

You move forward with proof instead of faith, and a named list of prospects already in your hands.

Either way, you come out ahead. Five thousand dollars to find out, with certainty, whether the bigger investment is worth making at all.

What You Get

When the diagnostic is done, you get a written report you can read, keep, and hand to your partners. Inside it:

1

Named Prospect Spreadsheet

Actual farm operations in your regions filing their own H-2A paperwork, with company names, locations, and crew sizes, sorted biggest opportunity first. These are growers already deep enough in H-2A to need it, but doing it the hard way, alone — the warmest prospects there are.

2

The Competitive Picture

Where the big players are concentrated, and the regions and crops they've left wide open. You'll see exactly where Fresh Harvest can move without a fight.

3

Your ROI Calculator

You load with your own numbers, so you see what one new client is worth and what it takes to justify a build. Yours to keep.

4

Fresh Harvest Growth Blueprint

Not a "here's my opinion" memo, but the actual plan: what gets built, in what order, what it costs, who runs it, and the timeline to get Fresh Harvest in front of the growers on your list. Your internal team can take it and run or hand it back to me and I build it. Either way, the path is no longer a guess. It's drawn.

How This Works

Selective by Design

I'm selective about who I take on. I work with established operators who are already excellent at what they do and just haven't been found online yet — because a strong reputation is the only foundation worth building a digital platform on. A great business that the next generation can't find: that's the whole opportunity, and that's where I move the needle.

You Own It Outright

I also don't keep clients on a leash. I build a system your company owns outright, train your people to run it, and then I step out. You're never dependent on me — that's the design, not an afterthought.

Diagnostic First, Always

And it starts with the diagnostic, because I don't believe in guessing with your money. We find out what's real first, then decide together whether building makes sense. Clear next step at every stage, nothing locked in before the numbers say it should be.

First the Questions, Then the Plan

The audit starts with a working session — I ask the questions only you can answer about your margins, your markets, and how you actually win. Then I do the digging on the public data. The blueprint comes at the end, built on both. You're never handed a guess.

The Real Question

For 45 years, Fresh Harvest has grown almost entirely on word of mouth. That engine is real, and rare — it's made you a name growers trust across the West. But it has a clock on it.

The Fading Engine

The farmers who know that name are getting older. The next generation starts every decision with a search, a website, a reputation they can see, before they ever pick up the phone.

The Question That Matters

So the real question isn't "do we need a website." It's: how do we make Fresh Harvest the obvious, trusted name to the next generation of farmers — before the reputation you built retires with the people who know it?

This Isn't "Build It and They Will Come"

Most digital projects fail because they assume your customers are out there searching. In this business, they mostly aren't — it runs on relationships and reputation.

Not the goal

To "get found." This is a minor component, but still viable.

The actual goal

Build an authority system that makes the relationship close faster, and at a higher level — so when a farmer hears your name and looks you up, Fresh Harvest looks every bit the established, full-service operation it already is.

That's a brand and a system working together, online and offline. A different build than a website.

Why Me

I build foundational growth systems, then hand them off so the company owns them and isn't dependent on me. A few of them:

A car dealership

Built from zero to $2–3 million a year by the time I stepped away in 2015. It kept growing to $7–8 million after I left, on the system I put in place — and the owner recently sold it.

A greenhouse operation

I found a recurring expense they didn't need and cut $60,000 right off the top, then turned inventory they were about to throw away into a profit.

A painting & coatings company

It grew so fast the owner doubled his business the first year, doubled it again the second, and retired roughly ten years ahead of plan.

The method carries across industries because the core never changes: every business has to attract customers, convert them, and keep them. I'm glad to walk you and your partners through any of these in detail, live — just ask.

The Investment

Growth Diagnostic

$5,000, one time. You own everything it produces.

If the numbers justify it

I'll bring you a phased build-and-handoff plan with a fixed monthly investment and a built-in exit to a low-cost internal operator — so it never becomes a permanent expense.

The Next Step

There's no "pay now" button here. The next step is a short conversation — I'll walk you through what the diagnostic uncovers and answer your questions.
